What Are The Services You Can Receive When Contacting Citibank Hotline?

To access Self-Service Telephone Banking. 

All you’ll need is:

  • Your smartphone
  • Your Citibank ATM/Debit Card number, Citi Personal Loan account number, or Citi Credit Card number

A one-Time PIN will be delivered to either your landline or mobile device using your TPIN.

Telephone Personal Identification Number (TPIN)

Citibank® is all about making things as simple as possible for its customers. To begin using CitiPhone® banking, just create an account with CitiPhone®, and your TPIN will be instantly generated. 

Remember that all audio prompts will assist you through the process while contacting Citiphone or using the phone app, so be sure to listen carefully and follow along. 

Keep your ATM/Debit Card number, Credit Card number, Personal Loan Account number, and TPin handy at all times as they might require you to type!

One-Time PIN

CitiPhone uses a Personal Identification Number (PIN) called a One-Time-PIN for all transactions. You may get your PIN by SMS message on your mobile phone. However, it expires after five minutes after sending!

You must enter your proper phone number to get your PIN. Make sure to input the PIN correctly so as not to miss any messages from the Citi phone.

In addition to the services listed above, you may call Citibank’s number for the following:

  • Make a Funds Transfer
  • Bill Paying
  • Fill out an application for a new Citibank product.
  • Check the status of a recent application.
  • Change your TPIN
